Alumni Success

Congratulations to Shamus Dundon on his selection for the AFLW. His first appointment was a notable one, running alongside Ray Chamberlain at Victoria Park for the Round 2 match between Collingwood and Hawthorn. He joins Adam Steger as an AFLW listed umpire in 2024.

Adam joined Michael Willcox and Anthony Laughton on the VFL finals panel, rounding out a big month during which he notched up his 50th senior match. Adam and Anthony have both been appointed to the Preliminary Final at Whitten Oval this Sunday.

In the AFL, Josh Mather and Michael Craig featured in the first week of finals. Josh, who brought up 200 AFL matches in May, will be running again in the Semi Final in Adelaide.

Finally, congratulations to the following umpires on their finals appointments:

Coates BoysLewis Spiker, Connor Petrie, Sam Polden

Coates Girls - Arron Knezevic, Aiden Tester, Monique Galea, Bradley Heffernan-Benfield
